The name of my flower is the Gay Feather. Its scientific name is Liatris Pycnostachya. Also the flower scientific classification name is Asteraceae. The height of my flower is 2 feet – 4 feet tall. It has purple and lilac for the color of the petals. Also it blooms from August – December. If you try to grow some, plant them in a open field, fence lines, and road lines. This is cool 50% of the flowers thrive that is a lot I think.It takes 2 to 3 years to grow I think that is a long time.
